Kaylie is a family lawyer who earned her degrees in Music (flute) and Law from the University of British Columbia before being called to the British Columbia Bar in 2025.

Originally from Calgary, AB, she moved to Vancouver to pursue an orchestral performance degree at the University of British Columbia, playing the flute. After a brief career as an Arts & Education Administrator with organizations such as the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra and Goh Ballet Academy, she returned to UBC in 2020 to pursue a law degree. It was her pleasure while there to advocate for the student body as the Director of Communications for the Law Student's Society, and to gain invaluable practical experience in Family Law as a temporarily articled student with Rise Women's Legal Centre serving low-income women in the lower mainland.

Kaylie brings a compassionate and creative approach to her legal practice, supporting clients with empathy, especially in high-conflict family law matters. She understands that family disputes often involve more than legal issues alone, and she is committed to helping clients navigate these challenging transitions with clarity, confidence, and practical guidance. Drawing on her diverse professional background, Kaylie values clear communication, thoughtful problem solving, and building strong relationships with her clients. She strives to provide responsive, client focused representation that empowers individuals to make informed decisions while working toward meaningful and lasting resolutions for their families.

In her spare time, she loves to be outside in nature, swing dancing, playing music, cooking, or generally being crafty and creative. You can occasionally spot Kaylie in the background of Hallmark films, or around Vancouver where she is always keeping an eye out for dogs that she can pet.
