Parental Leave Top-Up

Taking the time to bond with your new child and establishing your new family dynamic is paramount. We care about the family unit’s happiness and encourage new families to take advantage of our growing suite of wellness benefits. All Illuma, team staff are eligible to be topped up once they pass their probationary period.

Childcare Top-Up

“They” never tell you how hard it can be to transition from parental leave back to work. This change comes in many forms, but one major adjustment is financial - and we’d like to help. Each employee is eligible for a monthly stipend to help cover a portion of their childcare costs.

Parental Leave Top-Up Plan Policy

An employee who has completed a minimum of twelve (12) months of continuous employment with Illuma Law Corporation prior to the commencement of maternity or parental leave may be eligible to enroll in the Parental Leave Top-Up Plan and receive supplementary payments during the time of their leave.

Child Care Top-Up Plan Policy

Upon return to full-time work from Leave, the employee may be eligible for the Company’s Child Care Top-Up Plan, up until the child’s age of 5, per child.
